Thanks to Prof. K V S Hari, I was informed that the centenary year for Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore starts on May 27th 2008.
As part of the event, a conference with the theme Managing Complexity in a Distributed World (MCDES) is to be held at IISc from May27th to 31st 2008.
May 27th, 2008 is the first day of the centenary year of the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), which was established in 1909 through the pioneering vision of Jamshedji N. Tata. To celebrate this important milestone in the Institute’s history, the Division of Electrical Sciences of the Institute is organizing a centenary conference with the theme “Managing Complexity in a Distributed World.”
In addition to technical sessions consisting of contributed papers, the conference will include invited and plenary talks, special sessions on inter-disciplinary areas, poster sessions, tutorials, and panel discussions.
The venue is the National Science Seminar Complex at IISc, Bangalore.
