I have simulated 4-QAM, 16QAM under AWGN and 4QAM under rayleigh fading and got good results. but when I  simulate the 16QAM under rayleigh fading the decoder (MLD) hardly decodes even up to 50dB (BER=0.08102). Can anyone tell me what I&#039;m doing wrong? because I&#039;m only adding coefficient (y = h*x+n)
